Payment & Dispatch Policy

N K Sales Corporation is committed to providing a secure, transparent, and reliable ordering experience. Please read this Payment & Dispatch Policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment Terms

A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm and begin processing all orders.
The remaining 50% balance payment must be paid before dispatch of the goods.
No order will be dispatched until full payment has been received and verified.
Orders are processed only after successful confirmation of the advance payment.
If the balance payment is delayed or unsuccessful, dispatch may be postponed until payment is cleared.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
For bulk, wholesale, or custom orders, separate payment terms may be agreed upon in writing.

Order Confirmation

Once the advance payment has been successfully received, your order will be confirmed and scheduled for processing. Confirmation of an order does not guarantee immediate dispatch, as dispatch is subject to product availability, production schedules, and successful receipt of the remaining balance payment.

Order Processing Time

Standard orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Bulk, wholesale, or customized orders may require additional processing time depending on quantity and specifications.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If any product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform you promptly and provide an alternative product, an updated dispatch schedule, or a refund where applicable.

Dispatch & Shipping

Orders are dispatched through reliable courier, transport, or logistics partners.
Dispatch timelines may vary depending on order size, destination, and operational conditions.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Ownership and risk of the goods transfer to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Delays

N K Sales Corporation shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your shipment is received in a damaged condition or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photographs and shipment details may be required to assist in resolving the issue.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Processing and dispatch schedules for wholesale, bulk, and custom manufacturing orders may differ from standard retail orders. Customers are encouraged to contact us for estimated production and dispatch timelines before placing large orders.
